Since its creation in 2003, the main activity of our company is realization of the construction of residential, office and industrial projects. In the implementation of the objects of this type we usually are the general contractor or subcontractor. Our activity is not limited to the capital city, which is exemplified by, among other things, in Totalbud’s involvement in the construction of new power plant Elektrownia Kozienice and Elektrownia Opole.

Long years of previous work of our engineering staff and the enormous experience in the construction industry have allowed us first to start up our own business, and then earn an opinion of reliable, professional and trustworthy company. Today, we are a company whose work is constantly a subject of interest of the media. Totalbud is treated as a specialist in many areas and invited to expert comments. This applies both to the broader aspects of the functioning of the domestic construction market, as well as residential sector.

Currently, our specialty is not only the general contracting and subcontracting, but also activity in the system „design and build”. In domestic realities residential construction is a kind of positivist mission. Polish families waited decades for high-quality housing and hence on each construction company falls a special responsibility to meet the expectations of Poles in this regard. The construction companies should have a sense that they give Polish families a good starting point in life.
